Over the last 20 years, CRCO founder Adriana Gracias, has worked on making impactful transformations in the lives of children, adults and families. She has provided services within the home, community, and school settings and utilized a variety of methods in the form of counseling, assessments, programming, data presentations, trainings and educational workshops. She has also worked with teenagers providing guidance at both individual and group counseling levels. She has spent the last two decades studying how behavior, habits, a growth mindset, self-management, and guidance work together to make powerful and fulfilling lives for anyone willing to do the work. Being able to witness the accomplishment and reward of turning small actions into achievement of big goals, gives her the certainty that you will be able to do the same. All you have to do is say yes, surrender to the process with an open heart, take action, and you will receive all that you seek.

Adriana received a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling and Behavior Intervention. Additionally she graduated as an Autism Specialist with credentials in Child Welfare and Attendance and Pupil Personnel Services. She went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and later, a certified RBT and BCBA supervisor. As a person of color, a child of immigrants, a mother, a wife, a student, a teacher, and a professional, Adriana has learned from these individualities to further enhance her education and experience as a human, a behavior analyst and a therapist.
